You may wonder how can Apple Cider Vinegar cures acne, pimple or zits. Well, Apple Cider Vinegar contains an alpha-hydroxy acid that helps to remove fatty deposits on the skin. Also, applying acv on the skin will balance the pH level. Doing so, ACV assist in controlling the oiliness of the skin (which is good for oily skin) and also eliminate the bacteria causing acne.

Several ways to use Apple Cider Vinegar to treat acne:
- Toner: To use it as a toner, you can use equal parts of apple cider vinegar and water or just a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a cup of water for milder solution if you have sensitive skin. Do try it on a small spot on your skin before using it on your whole face. Just wash your face normally and apply the solution to the skin using cotton afterwards.
Acne treatment: To use it as a acne treatment, you can use apple cider vineger directly or diluted equal parts of apple cider vinegar with water for sensitive skin. Apply it directly on the acne, pimple or blemishes just before you sleep and it will be gone in the morning or in a day or two. Second option is to apply it before bed or half hour before shower so that it has sufficient time to work. You can use a Q-Tip or cotton ball for this.
- Drink and detoxify: Add 2 tsps of organic raw apple cider vinegar with mother to a glass of water. You can drink it just as it is or add 1 or 2 tsps of honey to improve on the taste. This apple cider vinegar mixture works by detoxifying and cleansing your body from within.
